Treibball has arrived in Dorset!
Treibball (say it like “Try-ball”) is a dynamic and rewarding dog sport that strengthens the partnership between you and your dog through teamwork, mental focus, and joyful play. Often nicknamed “urban herding,” Treibball involves teaching your dog to nudge large inflatable balls into a designated goal area – think of it as football for dogs!
Originally created in Germany to give herding dogs a positive outlet for their instincts, Treibball has become a popular and inclusive activity worldwide. It’s not just for working breeds – dogs of all types, ages, and sizes can take part.
